Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: C$17.00/hr based on 30-40hr/wk
Benefit: 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, or 44hrs/week
Work Location: 2007 Mistassiniy Road, Wabasca, AB, T0G 2K0
Education: Completion of Secondary school
Experience: At least 2-3 years of work experience or completion of equivalent in accredited training program for food
Language: English

Job Duties:
- Develop menus and calculate the necessary food quantities for preparation.
- Cook full meals or specific dishes and food items.
- Create meals tailored to customers with allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Examine kitchen and food service areas for cleanliness and safety.
- Instruct staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling.
- Oversee the activities of kitchen staff and assistants.
- Track and manage inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure kitchen and workspaces are kept clean and organized.
- Oversee and coordinate the overall operations of the kitchen.
