The Night Audit Supervisor will be responsible for the overall operations of the Front Desk Department during the evenings and overnight for the Resort. They will ensure an exceptional level of hospitality and services to our guests in the evening. The Night Audit Supervisor will be a hands-on leader whose team will be responsible for all guest interactions – Arrival experience, specialized recommendations, and departure experience. They will go above and beyond to provide services for guests even when certain departments aren’t available. The Night Audit Supervisor will ensure they collaborate with other departments for a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will have leadership and hospitality experience.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures for daily operations.
- Supervise the Front Desk team in the evening and provide positive leadership.
- Address guests’ inquiries, complaints, concerns, and requests with a high level of hospitality and professionalism.
- Train and motivate the Front Desk team to create a positive working environment during the evening.
- Manage group and individual performance expectations and goals while providing mentorship and feedback.
- Oversee nightly Front Desk activities to ensure consistent and exceptional guest service through the check-in and check-out process.
- Aid in establishing work schedules and review hours for payroll records.
- Provide extensive knowledge on the Resort and its facilities as well as local attractions and events to ensure a memorable experience.
- Assist the Front Desk Manager with various managerial tasks and duties as needed.
- Ensure supplies and necessary material is well stocked and inventory is kept.
- Maintain good communication and coordination with the Front Desk Manager as well as other Department Managers to ensure seamless Resort operations.
Experience Requirements:
- 1 year in a leadership role
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hospitality experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in guest service

Education Requirements:
- Hospitality or Business Management Diploma is the mandatory minimum
- Great organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and multi-task
- Articulate and confident in delivering training to large audiences both in person and virtually
