Cleaning Supervisor

Job Type: Permanent employment, Full-time
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, or Higher Education
Experience: Experience an asset

Work setting:
- Various locations, residential and commercial spaces

Responsibilities / Tasks:
- Hire and train or arrange training for cleaning staff
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning crews
- Inspect job sites and facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Establish and maintain work schedules
- Assist cleaners in performing their duties when needed
- Recommend or arrange additional maintenance services
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning contracts
- Receive payment for specialized jobs
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies

Supervision: 5-10 people
Security and safety: Criminal record check
