Job Type: Permanent, full-time (35-40 hours per week)

Arcata Pizzeria is looking for a Food Service Supervisor to help us run our restaurant smoothly! If you’ve got experience managing a team and love working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen and food service staff
• Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
• Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage
• Assist in ordering inventory and supplies based on consumption and forecast
• Train new staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
• Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation
• Schedule shifts and delegate tasks to team members
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support management in daily operations and improvements

Required Skills:

• Minimum education of High School
• Experience of least 1-7 months in a related role
• Fluent in English
