Workshop Supervisor

2268325 Ontario Inc O/A Toronto Truck Tire Centre located at 225 Claireport Crescent, Etobicoke, ON, M9W 6P7, requires 1 Workshop Supervisor on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 39 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 2 years to less than 3 years of verifiable experience. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided. Job Duties

• Overall supervision of all the floor staff in the workshop
• Co-ordinate between the front office and workshop for better efficiency
• Ensure timely and satisfactory execution of work orders.
• Schedule the workshop staff as per the in housework load and road service outcalls
• Submit materials and parts request to the front office to ensure adequate inventory.
• Attend to customer complaints and resolve them independently.
• Responsible for overall compliance with safety rules for everybody in the workshop
• Submit suggestions for improvements in working systems and customer service.
• Any other relevant task
