We, 5030749 Manitoba Ltd. o/a Amaranth Inn are looking for a full-time and permanent Retail Sales Supervisor to assist the business. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

Term of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Work Location: 100 Kinosota Rd. S, Amaranth, MB, R0H 0B0
Wage: C$22.00/hr ~ C$22.50/hr, depending on experience, and based on 30-36 hrs/week
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8 hrs/day, or 40 hrs/week
Benefit: 4% paid vacation
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Work Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
Language: English

Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers

- Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules

- Authorize payments by cheque and returns of merchandise

- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise

- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

- Ensure compliance to health and safety standards

- Sell merchandise to customers if necessary
