HAO ABACUS INVESTMENT GROUP LTD. is a team of certified HVAC contractors dedicated to delivering superior HVAC services. The company provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services to individual homeowners. Our primary business activities include:
• Installation of HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps
• Repair and maintenance of residential heating and cooling equipment
• Emergency HVAC system servicing
• General indoor air ventilation and filtration solutions

 

Position: Administrative Assistant
Wage: C$25.50 Per Hour
Working Hours: 7 hours / day; 35 Hours / Week
Vacation Pay: 4% of gross salary

What You Bring:
• Completion of secondary school is required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an asset.
• Previous experience in an office administrative role is required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software.

 

What You’ll Do:
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Prepare, proofread, and process invoices, reports, and other documents.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet clients in a professional manner.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars.
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Order office supplies and track inventory.
• Assist management and technicians with documentation, forms, and customer communications.
• Support bookkeeping and basic data entry tasks as needed.
