Bookkeeper

HAO ABACUS INVESTMENT GROUP LTD. is a team of certified HVAC contractors dedicated to delivering superior HVAC services. The company provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services to individual homeowners. Our primary business activities include:
• Installation of HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps
• Repair and maintenance of residential heating and cooling equipment
• Emergency HVAC system servicing
• General indoor air ventilation and filtration solutions

Position: Bookkeeper
Wage: C$25.50 Per Hour
Working Hours: 7 hours / day; 35 Hours / Week
Vacation Pay: 4% of gross salary

Term of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

What You Bring:
• Completion of secondary school is required; post-secondary education in accounting or a related field is an asset
• Previous experience in bookkeeping or financial record-keeping is required
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

What You’ll Do:
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
• Prepare and process invoices, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll
• Prepare financial statements and other reports as required by management
• Track and manage expenses, receipts, and payments
• Assist with tax filings and year-end financial processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
