Salary: $53.50 hourly / 30 hours per week
Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret market research findings to enhance business strategies and decision-making
- Design and develop effective communication strategies
- Lead the development and execution of organizational marketing strategies
- Assess the effectiveness of communication plans and initiatives
- Analyze and evaluate marketing strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Implement comprehensive communication programs and initiatives
- Oversee and manage team performance
- Provide staff training and professional development
- Recruit, train, lead, and inspire team members
- Oversee contract negotiations and management
- Promote and market business services to target audiences
- Develop, manage, and monitor budgets and expenditures
- Handle written and verbal inquiries in a professional manner
- Supervise both office personnel and volunteer staff
Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience Marketing, other
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Language: English
