Floor technician

Malinix Cleaning Services Group Corp is committed to providing a clean and safe environment for our clients. We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Floor Technicians.

Job Description: As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and care of various types of flooring in our facilities. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Cleaning, scrubbing, and polishing floors using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Stripping, waxing, and buffing floors to maintain their appearance and safety.
• Operating floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Inspecting and maintaining floor care equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Following all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in floor care or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
