Salary:  $34.62 HR / 35-40 hours per week

Job requirements: 

Languages: English

Education:  

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Specific Skills: 

• Serve as the primary point of contact during emergency situations (e.g. fire, medical incidents, unauthorized access) at Guardteck client sites.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports, including daily activity logs, incident summaries, and shift briefings in accordance with Guardteck's protocols.
• Requisition and manage security equipment and supplies such as radios, uniforms, flashlights, and PPE to ensure operational readiness.
• Resolve on-site work problems, offer technical advice to guards, and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality.
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule shifts for security staff at various sites, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to post orders.
• Train security personnel on job duties, Guardteck safety standards, emergency procedures, and professional behavior expectations.
• Establish and adjust work schedules and standard operating procedures to meet the specific needs of clients and site requirements.
