Responsibilities
- Schedule and oversee kitchen helpers, delegating tasks effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
 
- Manage overall kitchen operations, coordinating with team members to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
 
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, meeting restaurant standards and guest expectations.
 
- Ensure that dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner, especially during busy periods.
 
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, managing inventory to ensure the kitchen is always stocked.

- Regularly inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health regulations.
 
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and proper food handling.

- Oversee the overall operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth workflow, timely service, and high food quality standards.
