TrustMark Immigration Services Ltd. is looking for an energetic candidate for the Administrative Assistant position. This position will be full time with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week. Our office is located at 207-17696 65A Avenue, Surrey, BC.

 

The job duties on this position will be:

 

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.

  • Answer phone calls and assist callers.

  • Handle outgoing and incoming mail or couriers when required.

  • Handle and verify invoices.

  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.

  • Maintain a filing system - physical and computerized.

  • Schedule appointments and meetings.

  • Manage website and google

  • Establish and implement office procedures.

  • Compile client’s data and maintain it

 

Requirement:

  • Completion of high school diploma is required

  • 1 year of related work experience is required



What we offer:

  • $29 per hour

  • Overtime will be paid for any hours exceeding 40 hour per week

  • 4% vacation pay will be paid
