Farm Manager

We are looking for 02 Farm Managers to take care of our farms.

                      Located: 4903 36 ST E, Calgary, T9E 0V4, Canada

Position: Full time, permanent

Anticipation Date: As soon as possible

Wage rate: $28.00 per hour / 40 hours a week

Requirements are: -

Education: high school education is mandatory

Language: English

Experience: 2 to 3 years o experience in the same field is required.

Job duties:

Manage overall operations of the farm.

Maintain quality control.

Establish a marketing program.

Purchase machines, equipment, seed, and other supplies required for the efficient work at farms.

Organize and co-ordinate planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities.

Hire, discharge, transfer, and promote workers, enforce safety regulations and interpret policies.

Maintain financial and production records.

Inspect machines and equipment at regular interval to ensure proper functioning.
