Position Overview and Job responsibilities.

Required work experience: 2-3 years Full-time, hybrid schedule, remote schedule.

Staffing agency, providing more than 20 types of low-skilled personnel for production, construction sites and other organizations. We provide companies with general workers, movers, packers, cleaners and other types of personnel.

What do you have to do? Negotiate with corporate clients, present the benefits of the offer and sell. Work with the client base and on its development. Build trusting relationships with clients on a long-term basis Submit commercial proposals (using a template).

What are we looking for in a candidate? Experience in working with clients (experience working with manufacturing enterprises will be an advantage) - you know how to communicate with large clients, you know how to establish contact and win over the client. Communication and Sales Skills - You can communicate clearly and persuasively, both written and verbal. Flexibility and adaptability - you know how to adapt to the client’s communication style Self-organization - you know how to plan your time so as to be able to complete all planned tasks Education in the field of business, marketing and communications will be your advantage

Monthly income: $6000 + bonuses
