Drywall Installer

SKY BLUE DRYWALL LTD, located at 14570 91 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3R 7Y7 is urgently hiring ‘Drywall Installer’ (Vacancies 03)

Duties: Measure, cut and fit drywall sheets on walls and ceilings. Position and secure sheets with metal or wooden studs. Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners. Fill joints, holes and cracks with joint compound using trowel and knife and finish drywall area. Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry. Apply successive coats of compound and sand layers and joints.  Make and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place in panels to form acoustical and saved ceilings etc. Work at various locations in Lower mainland.

Job is full time (40 hr per week) and permanent. Wages 29.00/hr plus 4% Vacation Pay. Education- not required. Experience- 3+ yrs. relevant experience. Language- English but Punjabi as assets.
