Landscaping Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscaping Supervisor to lead our team in transforming landscapes into stunning works of art. If you have a green thumb, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for leadership, this position is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of landscaping technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Plan and coordinate landscaping projects, including planting, irrigation, hardscaping, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
• Conduct site evaluations and develop landscape designs to enhance the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties.
• Oversee the proper use and maintenance of landscaping tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Collaborate with clients, addressing their needs, providing recommendations, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Organize the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, lawns, shrubs and hedges and the construction and installation of fences, decks, patios, walkways and retaining walls
• Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment.

Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary school is required
• Completion of one or two years as a landscaping supervisor or landscaper

Wages & Benefits:

• Salary: 28.90/hr
• Hours: 40 hrs/week
• Vacation pay: 4%
