O/A Massey’s Production located at 10 Canal Street, Quinte West, Ontario, K8V 4K2 requires 1 Business Coordinator on Permanent and Full-time basis at the wage $28.50 per hour.  Must have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administration. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 paid sick leaves will be provided.

Job Duties

  1. Overall co-ordination between the corporation and its sister companies.
  2. Invite quotes from suppliers on behalf of the company and award contracts according to negotiated terms for the supply of raw materials and supplies.
  1. Liaise with Marketing Staff on developing strategies and plans for the Canadian and US customers.
  2. Meet with large volume order clients for setting the specifications, price quotation and finalising the negotiations.
  3. Demand and evaluate periodical reports and feedback from all location managers and make suggestions/recommendations to the President.
  4. Relationship management with B2B Customers and Handling customer complaints if any
  5. Constant contact and communication with managers and/supervisors to ensure the following:
  • Compliance with company standards and procedures
  • Compliance with workplace safety for workers
  • Timely delivery of all orders
  1. Accompany CEO to trade shows and conferences and be able to represent the company to various stakeholders from Healthcare, Automotive, Hospitality industry to tap new clients.
  2. Any other tasks relevant to smooth operations and administration of the Brand ‘Masseys Production’
