Job Duties:
• Arrange and book appointments for the customers of the restaurant.
• Handling various tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and keeping records of supplies for the restaurant.
• Forward electronic mails, regular emails, and other important information in order to coordinate with other departments of the company.
• Keep a record of inventory and order supplies for the restaurant whenever required.
• Greet and assist visitors with their concerns.
• Answer the phone calls, check the voicemail and the messages.
• Prepare the reports, compiling data, statistics, and documenting other important company information.
• Maintain time and attendance records of staff.
• Train, direct & motivate staff and conduct performance reviews of employees and provide them with valuable feedback.
• Handle customers’ complaints and provide a constructive solution for the same.
• Prepare and monitor invoices.
• Ensure good customer service.

Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School
• A post-secondary education or/and minimum 6-months experience in the field is required.
