Job Description
• Answer call and check voicemail, and direct it to appropriate department or concern persons.
• Greet visitors and answer their queries.
• Schedule appointments of the employer.
• Photocopy, fax, file and other general admin and clerical duties as required.
• Schedule conferences within the department and organizing trade shows.
• Organizing travel for individuals or teams.
• To look after the complete office work, reviewing emails, and forwarding it to the appropriate person.
• Supervise and train other office support staff if needed.
• Maintain and update client’s database, organize and maintain client files and records.
• Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and order the supplies to be used in the office.

Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
Post-secondary education and/or minimum six year of experience in the field is required.
