Food Service Supervisor

Avani Asian Indian Bistro located at 801 Matheson Blvd. W, Mississauga, ON L5V 2N6 Requires 1 Food Service Supervisor on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $28.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have a minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of experience. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided.

Job Duties:

• Overall supervision of the Restaurant operations including the staff members.
• Responsible for smooth food service and timely execution of catering orders.
• Oversee Maintenance and upkeep of kitchen and dining areas.
• Make bi-weekly work schedule for staff.
• Manage Inventory and order food materials, spices, and other supplies.
• Ensure the quantity and quality of food being served or delivered for catering orders.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns if any.
• Any other relevant tasks.
