Garage Manager

PGL Truck Centre Ltd. located at 118 Rutherford Road S, Brampton, L6W 3J5, ON requires 1 Garage Manager on Permanent and full-time basis. Wage: $ 44 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 year to less than 2 years’ relevant experience. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be given.

Job Duties:

1. Complete management of the garage operations thereby relieving the owner from day-to-day management.
2. Lead the administrative, workshop, supervisors/teams.
3. Responsible for hiring and training of garage personnel, including mechanics, technicians, and administrative staff.
4. Financial and revenue management of the garage and take corrective actions, if necessary.
5. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders for optimized sourcing for parts and consumables.
6. Responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion.
7. Oversee Budgeting and financial planning for the garage.
8. Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
9. Maintain relationships with fleet owners and B2B customers.
10. Address customer complaints and concerns as and when necessary.
11. Any other tasks relevant for smooth management of the garage.
