Finish Carpenter

Sunder Finishing Carpentry Inc. is looking for 2 Finish Carpenters to fill the current opening. We are located at 1122 Werschner Cres. Saskatoon, SK S7V 0G8.

The finish carpenters will perform the following duties:
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and sketches.
• Take precise measurements, choose the material, cut, fit, and install molding, fascias, doors, railings, woodworks, doors, wall paneling, etc.
• Operate various hand and power tools to complete projects
• Perform other related job duties as required.

Compensation: $ 27.50/hr for 40 hours per week
Work setting: Saskatoon, SK, and the surrounding areas

Job Requirements:
Skills Requirement and Experience:
• Must understand aesthetics, the proper use of different materials, and knowledge of different trends in terms of design, material, and techniques.
• Completion of Secondary School.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a finish carpenter or a combination of carpentry courses and several years of experience are required.
• Must be able to communicate and understand English.
• Ability to walk stand, crouch for long periods, and carry out strenuous physical tasks.
• Ability to work long hours and weekends as required.
