Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of painters, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.
- Schedule work assignments and coordinate activities of painters and helpers.
- Resolve work-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Recommend and implement measures to enhance productivity and maintain high quality.
- Requisition necessary materials and supplies for paint.
- Train workers in job duties, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Prepare comprehensive work progress reports.
Additional skills: work at heights, must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Work Conditions: Physically Demanding, Repetitive tasks.
