Leverage Restaurant Investment Corporation (DBA Pho 99 SFU) in Burnaby, B.C. We serve authentic Vietnamese foods with authentic ingredients, especially Vietnamese Styled noodles combined with delicious soup & broth.
To improve the quality of our services and assist with our growing business, we are looking for a Permanent Full-time Line Cook.
We offer: C$19.00/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation. Plus gratuity shared with all staff.

Job Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school.
- Completion of programs in cooking is an asset.
- Cooking experience is an asset.
Job Duties:
- Manage kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook menu items.
- Follow the strict Covid-19 protocols.
- Ensures food quality and timeliness.
- Estimate food requirements and costs.
- Order, monitor and maintain the inventory and record of supplies, equipment, and food.
- Establish working schedules and supervise kitchen helpers.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- May recruit, hire, and train kitchen staff.
- May plan menus, determine the size of food portions.
- Ensuring a standard of cleanliness and order in the kitchen and cooking area.
