We are now expanding our business and would like to hire an apprentice electrician to join our fast growing team.

Position: Apprentice electrician

Wage: C$30.5/hour

Vacation Pay: 4% of gross salary.

Working Hours: 8 hours/day & 40 hours/week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Location: 7840 Malahat Ave, Richmond, BC, V7A 4H2

Responsibilities:

Assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems that involves working with wiring, conduits, fixtures, and other electrical components under the guidance of a journeyman or master electrician.

Troubleshooting electrical issues such as diagnosing electrical problems and identifying the necessary steps to resolve them, under the guidance of experienced electricians.

Reading blueprints and technical diagrams to interpret electrical plans and diagrams , understand the layout and requirements of electrical systems in various settings, such as residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.

Performing basic electrical tasks: This includes tasks such as running wires, connecting circuits, installing switches and outlets, and testing electrical systems for functionality.

Qualifications:

-Completion of Secondary School is an asset.
