About the employer:

Stephen Lowe Art Gallery in Calgary, AB has been serving art collectors both domestically and internationally for 45 years since 1979. Chinese Canadian Lingnam artist Stephen Lowe first founded the art gallery with his wife Eunice Lowe in Victoria BC in the mid 1960's. As immigrants from China, it was Stephen and Eunice's desire to be a bridge between eastern and western cultures through art. With Stephen’s untimely death at the age of 37, Eunice made it her life goal to continue sharing Stephen’s exquisite watercolour paintings, his life, legacy, and intercultural vision with the world.

We are currently hiring a Curatorial Assistant to continue promoting Stephen Lowe’s legacy both in Canada and China. This individual will assist in all international art projects, exhibitions and events sponsored by Stephen Lowe Art Gallery.
