We, 101261628 Saskatchewan Ltd. o/a Big Muddy Inn, are looking for an experienced, Full-Time & Permanent Bookkeeper (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Wage & Benefits: $24.00/hr based on 30hrs/wk with 15 days paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be paid after 8hrs/day, and 40hrs/wk
Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience: Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field or completion of two years (first level) of a recognized professional accounting program (e.g., Chartered Accounting, Certified General Accounting) or courses in accounting or bookkeeping combined with several years of experience as a financial or accounting clerk are required.

Job Description:
– Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, such as SAGE, Quick Book. Clover (POS)
– Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
– Verify and reconcile documents such as invoices, contracts, orders, and vouchers
– Administer and process accounts receivable, accounts payable, such as payrolls, bills, utilities, other expenses, related government remittances (GST/PST), WCB, payroll deductions.
– Assist with year-end preparations, such as T4/T4A/T5s returns and corporate tax returns and ROEs etc.
– Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
