Responsibilities/ Tasks
- Keep up to date Information of all company products, services, policies and procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate all shift activities.
- Always follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when serving our guests
- Prepare and submit all the reports to the manager.
- Interprets company policies to workers, enforces safety regulations, and takes disciplinary action when necessary.
- Proper handling of guest complaints
- Proper execution and completion of all the job responsibilities for shift management that Include, but are not limited to, ordering, baking, guest service, cash control, clean, stocking and break scheduling.
- Provides training of job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to staff members
