Northern Lights Group Canada is looking for four Construction Workers to join our team and help us execute growth strategy.

Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week, Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $22.50 per hour

The Construction Worker will:

• Unload and carry materials at construction sites
• Erect and break up scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, barricades, etc. with attention to safety
• Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
• Assist tradesmen and machine operators in construction projects
• Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance in other activities
• Smooth and level new concrete or other materials
• Use equipment to break old forms and structures
• Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction such as mixers, compressors and pumps
• Clean out site from debris and discarded material
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed

• On-the-job training will be provided
