Job Description
Scheduling, coordinating, and supervising the activities of the other workers in the team.
Ensure that the work environment is safe, secure, and healthy.
Ensure that equipment, materials, and protective devices required by regulation are provided to workers and maintained in good condition.
Responsible for preparing work schedules and coordinating work activities.
Responsible for training workers regarding job duties and safety measures.
Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members, and create strategies to boost productivity.
Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
Prepare budgetary reports and keep production records.
Receive complaints and resolve problems.
Order materials and supplies.

Requirements:
Completion of secondary education is required.
Minimum 1-year of related experience in the field is required.
