Heavy duty Cleaner

We are hiring for Two Heavy duty Cleaners for our company Dreamco Homes Ltd. The positiob required to perform the overall cleaning for newly build and under construction sites.

Work Location: Depending on worksite through out the lower mainland.

Requirements:

• We do not require any education for this position.
• One must at least one year of experience in cleaning sector.
• Basic English Language

Wages: $27.50 per hour for 30 hours per week

Duties:

• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers
• Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
• Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
• Perform safety and security checks
• Supervise other workers
• Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures

Other conditions:

• Must be able to work independently.
• Available for overtime or weekend work if required
