Kitchen Designer

G & B Woodcraft Ltd. at Unit 20 8528-123 Street, Surrey, BC, V3W3V6 is hiring a Kitchen Designer (01)

Duties: Prepare plans, detailed specifications and Estimate cost of projects. Create interior spaces that reflect clients' needs and tastes. Develop detailed plans and 3-D models showing arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting and other fixtures. Develop plans, elevations, cross sections and detailed drawings. Consult with clients to determine needs, preferences, safety requirements and purpose of space. Advise on selection of colours, finishes and materials, lighting, furniture and other items. Must be able to read blueprint, schemas and drawings etc.

Education- Secondary college but certificate or diploma in Interior Design will be assets. Knowledge and experience using software such as AutoCAD as assets. Experience of 2+yrs in Interior Design. Salary will be $28.50 per hour plus 4% vacation pay This is a fulltime position with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
