Job Description

• Inspecting bakery items to ensure that established quality standards are being met.
•  Overseeing the arrangement of displayed bakery items to encourage customer interest and purchases.
• Ongoing training of the staff to ensure the quality of the bakery items produced.
• Addressing the customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Creating suitable work schedules for staff members.
• Overseeing the inventory of stock.
• Assuring the proper usage and ongoing maintenance of the bakery equipment.
• Developing and implementing advertising and marketing strategies to attract new customers.

Requirements:

‚        Completion of Secondary School is required.

‚        Minimum one year of experience working as a supervisor in a retail industry is required.

‚        Post secondary education in the field of the study is an asset.
