Duties and Responsibilities of a Marketing Specialist:

• Collaborating across departments to devise and execute marketing campaigns effectively
• Maintaining open lines of communication with managers and department heads
• Collecting data on marketing campaigns
• Assessing product or service characteristics to determine marketing needs
• Providing clients with strategic advice on marketing, advertising, and sales promotion
• Managing social media accounts, including handling customer feedback
• Creating, implementing, and evaluating public relations strategies and programs
• Conducting surveys to understand the interests and concerns of target audiences
• Crafting various written materials such as reports, speeches, etc.
• Organizing events and programs for publicity, fundraising, and information dissemination
• Coordinating special publicity events for both internal and external audiences
• Working cross-functionally to devise and implement marketing campaigns
• Planning and coordinating seasonal promotions, events, or information sessions
• Ensuring all information on social media is up-to-date and accurate
• Building and developing relationships with key business stakeholders
• Ensuring ongoing communication with managers and other department leads
• Supporting the optimization of marketing channels

Employment requirements

• Secondary education is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in related discipline related                                                Or

One or two years of experience in marketing

You will be working for a minimum of 30 hrs. /week (Full-time) at CAD 32.00/hr.
