Job Description:
- Oversee, plan, and coordinate the work of employees who assemble, fabricate, and inspect products.
- Provide strategies for adhering to work schedules and coordinating tasks with other departments.
- Address issues at work and make suggestions for ways to increase output and the quality of work.
- Obtain supplies and materials on demand
- Train employees on company policies, safety protocols, and job duties.
- Encourage hiring’s and promotions among other personnel actions.
- Make reports on production and other matters.
- Plan to set up machinery and apparatus.
Employment Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary (High)School
- 2-3 years of experience required
