Position: Cook

Employment Conditions:

• Employment Type: Permanent/full-time
• Position Available: 1
• Work Location: Unit 101-8811 Laurel Street, Vancouver, BC V6P 3V9
• Working Hours:
  • 7-8 hours per day / 35-40 hours per week
  • Work schedule will be overnight between 7PM-7AM.
• Wage: $19.50 ~ $21.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food/savory items according to recipes.
• Consult and create the new menu items with chef.
• Keep inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Order kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Supervise staff and helpers in preparation and handling food items.
• Keep the environment clean and sanitized.

Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Completion of Secondary
• At least 1 year of cook experience
• Must be available to work overnight shifts between 7PM-7AM.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 25kg.
