Logistics Coordinator

1082541 B.C. Ltd. dba Arctic Spas Vancouver Island is looking for a logistics coordinator to join our team.

Job Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 1-2 years

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently, Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail.

Personal suitability: Flexibility, Organized, Reliability, Accurate, Judgement.

Terms of employment: Permanent position

Job Duties:

• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments,
• Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments,
• Perform general office duties,
• Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units,
• Prepare and maintain progress and other reports,
• Project management,
• Train workers in duties and policies,
• Arrange training for staff,
• Co-ordinate, assign, and review work,
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies,
• Organize and maintain inventory.

Salary: $28.31

Benefits: Health care plan, dental plan, vacation.

Work Hours: 40 hours per week
