Job Requirements

Languages-                                         English

Education-                                          Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience-                                         1 year to less than 2 years

Ability to Supervise-                          1 to 2 people

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise cashiers or stockers in performing duties;

Assist owner in hiring and training new employees;

Assign cashiers or shelf stockers to duties;

Authorize returns of products when required;

Prepare weekly schedules of employees based on business needs;

Sell goods and services at the gas station;

Resolve customer complaints and rectify issues to provide highest level of satisfaction;

Prepare reports related to total sales of items and employee related matters;

Monitor product levels and assist with product orders and inventory as required.

Ordering items or products required at the store as per business needs;
