Coach

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate athletes and assess areas of improvement

• Lead practice sessions

• Cultivate and enrich the skills and capabilities of athletes

• Manage and synchronize competitive schedules and programs

• Inspire and prime athletes for competitive events or games

• Prepare game plans

• Review games on video, teach athletes to learn from their mistakes

Qualifications: 

• Completion of a coaching program a valuable asset

• A minimum of one year of experience in a soccer coaching role is mandatory

• Must be in good physical condition

• No criminal record

• Must be available to travel frequently to other cities in Ontario, and periodically across Canada.

Salary: We offer a range from $27.00 to $28.00 / hour based on qualifications 

Bonus: Potential bonus of 15% of annual salary at employer’s discretion

Benefits: Two weeks paid vacation per year

Job Type: Full-time permanent, we guarantee a minimum of 35 hours per week

Language: Good command of English is required

Job Location: Kingston, Ontario.
