(FutureGen Communications) is authorized Telus & Koodo dealer.  We deal with individuals and businesses by providing mobiles, internet, TV Bundles, Home phones and Home Security cameras. We also deal with business plans specifically designed for companies depending upon the connections and services needed. We have multiple stores in lower mainland and are looking for a “Technical Sales Specialist” to join our team for our Surrey location at 358-B, 8158, 128 Street, Surrey, BC, V3W 1R1

 

Position: Technical Sales Specialist

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Vacancy: 2

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $32/ hour for 32 hours per week

Language: English

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

 

 

Technical sales Specialist (NOC 62100) will have to perform all of these duties:

  • Maintain and grow sales relationship with existing clients.
  • Access the client’s needs and recommend or assist in the selection of appropriate goods and services as per the requirement. (Telecommunications & Networking)
  • Negotiate the prices or other sales item with the client.
  • Estimate the cost of installing and maintaining equipment or services.
  • Consult the client after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
  • Trouble shoot technical problems related to equipment.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients.
  • Develop, implement and report on marketing plans and sales strategies to achieve the goals of the company.

Required Skills / Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of network connectivity, network security, telecommunications and WiFi networks
  • Ability to work with a variety of customers and vendors (some technical some non-technical)
  • Reliable and ability to travel locally to clients for on-site support
  • Works well individually and within a team environment
  • Positive and professional attitude, good work ethic
  • Good understanding of Android and other mobile Environments
