Retail; Store Supervisor

3 Full-time permanent Retail Store Supervisors position available at 14496604 Canada Inc. located at 10 Queens Quay West, Toronto  ON, M5J 2R9 Canada:

 Main Duties to be completed are as:

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Teach interest or professional development courses
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces and other exhibitions
• Order merchandise or any other material
• Authorize return of merchandise or any other material
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise or any other material
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

 Employment requirements

• Secondar education is required.
• Previous one year of experience is required.

Compensation:

 $22 per hour for 37.50 hours weekly. Overtime starts after 44 hours
