Pinnacle Insight Solutions Inc is actively seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer.

Job responsibilities 

• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs

• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions

• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning

• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs

• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions

• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

Required Skills:

1.    Strategic Resource Allocation:

·   Ability to strategically allocate resources for organizational policies and programs.

2.    Leadership and Organizational Development:

·   Strong leadership skills for major department establishment and senior staff positions.

3.    Financial Management and Controls:

·   Expertise in establishing financial controls and overseeing human resources planning.

4.    Negotiation and Representation:

·   Exceptional negotiation skills for representing the organization in official functions.

5.    Talent Management and Delegation:

·   Skill in selecting and delegating authority to middle managers, directors, and executive staff.

Education:

  • Graduation degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant executive leadership or managerial experience.
