Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time – 40hr/weekly

Benefits: CPP, WCB, EI

Salary:  $15.00 hourly

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school

Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable, Not required

Experience:  3 to 4  years of work experience as a baker required

Language: English (Serbian Language an asset)

Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Commercial

Physical Capabilities: Weight Handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Work Site Environment: Indoors

Main duties:

• Prepare dough for pies  according to recipes or special customer orders
• Make Artisan Bureks in all its forms and flavours
• Operate machinery
• Bake mixed doughs and batters
• Ensure quality of products meets established standards
• Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
• Hire and train kitchen staff

Essential skills: Oral communication, problem solving, decision making
