Sales Supervisor

Lubbee Holding Inc. DBA Jiffy Lube located at 20284 Dewdney Trunk Rd Maple Ridge, BC, Canada V2X 3E1 is currently hiring one permanent fulltime Sales supervisor to join their team as soon as possible.

Job type: Full Time and Permanent

Wage: $19.00 per Hour, 40 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: 20284 Dewdney Trunk Rd Maple Ridge, BC, Canada V2X 3E1

Job Duties:

• Assign sales workers to duties.
• Authorize payments by cheque.
• Authorize return of merchandise.
• Sell merchandise.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school

Work Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience within the sales sector or 1 - 2 years of previous experience as a salesperson or sales clerk, telemarketer etc. will be considered

Language: English is required

Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people

Work conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Walking

Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skills, Organized, Flexibility, Reliability, Team player, Excellent oral communication

Additional Skills: Order merchandise, Establish work schedules, Train or arrange for training
