To improve the quality of our services and assist with our growing business, we are looking for a Permanent Full-time Line Cook.

We offer: C$19.00/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation. Plus gratuity shared with all staff.

Job Requirement:

• Completion of secondary school.
• Completion of programs in cooking is an asset.
• Cooking experience is an asset.

Job Duties:

• Manage kitchen operations.
• Prepare and cook menu items.
• Follow the strict Covid-19 protocols.
• Ensures food quality and timeliness.
• Estimate food requirements and costs.
• Order, monitor and maintain the inventory and record of supplies, equipment, and food.
• Establish working schedules and supervise kitchen helpers.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• May recruit, hire, and train kitchen staff.
• May plan menus, determine the size of food portions.
• Ensuring a standard of cleanliness and order in the kitchen and cooking area.
