Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of farm workers.
- Develop schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient farm operations.
- Monitor crop and livestock health, implementing appropriate health and safety procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of farm machinery and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards.
- Manage farm inventory, supplies, and procurement.
- Record keeping of farm activities and financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in farm management or similar role.
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming best practices.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of farm financial management.
