Carpenter

King 73 Reno Ltd. is looking for 1 Carpenter. This position will be full time with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week. Our company is located at 9394 152 St, Surrey, BC V3R 4G2

The Job Duties for this position will be:

-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements

-Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools

-Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight -steel and other materials

Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems

-Fit and install trim items

-Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures

-Supervise other construction workers

-Prepare cost estimates for clients.

Job Requirements:

-Completion of Secondary School is required.

-English is required as a language

-Minimum two years of experience in similar field is required

What we offer:

-$30 per hour

-4% vacation pay
