Major responsibilities
- Receive and place telephone calls as needed
- Delivering customer service quickly and accurately
- Offer a smile to incoming customers
- As required, offer support on diverse employee projects
- Demonstrate command of such tasks as data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and word processing
- Offer, as needed, support to front desk and receptionist duties
- Carry out correspondence according to prescribed style and format
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in handling office equipment
- Strong communication and social skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1 year of Office Clerk experience preferred
