Salary: $ 67.25 hourly / 30 hours per week

Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, lead, and train a high-performing team to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share. 
  • Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively. 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans. 
  • Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and values. 
  • Supervising and conducting thorough analysis of both specialized and routine reports to maintain a positive workplace environment and optimize the company's operations. 
  • Setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the organization’s progress and success, and making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks that could affect the company’s success, whether they are financial, operational, or reputational.
  • Driving innovation and various services development to stay competitive in the market.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • A relevant bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field. 
  • Demonstrated experience of 5 years or more is required.
  • The budgetary responsibility lies within $500,001 to $1,500,000. 
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and derive insights from data and reports.
  • Effective communication skills to convey opinions to the team and stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience or potential to effectively oversee and lead the team in the pursuit of a positive work environment and operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry in which the company operates is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address issues and make data-driven decisions.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in work.
