Salary: $ 67.25 hourly / 30 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, lead, and train a high-performing team to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share.
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
- Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and values.
- Supervising and conducting thorough analysis of both specialized and routine reports to maintain a positive workplace environment and optimize the company's operations.
- Setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the organization’s progress and success, and making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Identifying and mitigating risks that could affect the company’s success, whether they are financial, operational, or reputational.
- Driving innovation and various services development to stay competitive in the market.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A relevant bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience of 5 years or more is required.
- The budgetary responsibility lies within $500,001 to $1,500,000.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and derive insights from data and reports.
- Effective communication skills to convey opinions to the team and stakeholders.
- Leadership experience or potential to effectively oversee and lead the team in the pursuit of a positive work environment and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of the IT industry in which the company operates is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address issues and make data-driven decisions.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in work.
